Cream of peas with Thermomix

Cream of peas with Thermomix

  • 25g extra virgin olive oil
  • 50g onion
  • 200g peas
  • 200g chicken broth
  • Salt

How to prepare pea cream with Thermomix and traditional recipe

Add the oil into the glass and program 3 minutes, varoma, speed 2.

Once the time has elapsed, add the onion, 4 seconds, speed 5. Then we program 10 minutes, varoma, speed 2.

Add the peas and a little salt 10 minutes, varoma, speed 2.
