Today we bring you a delicious cream of peas with Thermomix , but we are also going to explain how to prepare it in a traditional way. I have prepared the same recipe in both ways and it turns out fantastically well.
I love peas , just with two teaspoons of oil
and a little salt, sautéing them over medium heat, they are delicious! But
I like them in cream because of its soft texture and its
exquisite flavor, like peas ! Without a doubt, this cream
is a very rich dish for any dinner.
The little ones are going to like it
because the creams are not like purees that
from time to time we can find the occasional trip and they do not like it too
much, on the other hand, being cream they accept it better.
I make you a recommendation:
use frozen peas , not from a can. They do not have
the same flavor nor do they provide the same color. Let's go with the
recipe, I hope you like it.
Cream

How
to prepare pea cream with Thermomix and traditional recipe
Add the oil into the glass and
program 3 minutes, varoma, speed 2.
Once the time has elapsed, add the
onion, 4 seconds, speed 5. Then we program 10 minutes, varoma, speed 2.
Add the peas and a
little salt 10 minutes, varoma, speed 2.
Finally, the chicken broth, 5
minutes, varoma, speed 3.
Once the time has elapsed, we grind
everything for 2 minutes, progressive speed 5-10.

accompany the cream of peas with a little serrano ham on top.
in a traditional way
Add the olive oil to a saucepan,
when it starts to get hot, add the chopped onion and fry well until lightly
golden.
Next, add the peas and
sauté them for 10 minutes until tender. Season with a little salt.
Finally, add the broth and let it
cook until it starts to boil. Turn off the heat and blend with the
blender. For the cream to be as thin as possible, I
recommend passing it through a Chinese.
We serve immediately, we can
accompany the cream of peas with a little serrano
ham on top.
